I had this really pretty post where there were lots of photos and colors with this day of crafts but something happened and we can not find the photos at the moment, so this will be a pretty short post.

This is a pretty easy craft, just glue and wrap yarn of assorted colors around styrofoam balls. You can also use wooden balls if you have those instead. Or an even more frugal idea would be to wrap around cardboard cutouts. If you have a bunch of leftover yarn from other projects this a perfect craft to use those scrap pieces of yarn on. Watch your  cats around this project, they are yarn pirates for sure.

This craft project can get a bit messy since you will be working with glue. Some children with sensory issues may find this craft difficult if they are sensitive to certain textures. They might have to wear gloves for this project if that is the case. If they refuse to work with glue have them help pick and cut the yarn. Remember to try to include everyone when crafting, all ages and all levels. Remember to just have fun with this and get the whole family involved, Happy crafting you guys.

    1. They are so adorable though. I love it when they jump up in my lap purring like crazy for a snuggle.

      2. Some cats act like dogs. I wish we would have leash trained our cats. I am terrible at that. I tried when they were little but they just sat there like a bag of potatoes and I felt bad leaving it on for them to get used to the feel of it. I have seen people in our neighborhood out walking their cats. I think that is the funniest thing.

Mainecoons apparently love to be walked my fear was is once they get the taste of the outdoors they may try to run outside. We have a stroller for our chihuahua and always joke we will take the cats out for a stroll lol
